Interviewer: What are the core values that guide Teal the Agency?

Olivia: Our core values are empowerment, innovation, collaboration, and integrity. We believe in empowering agency owners to focus on what they love, providing innovative solutions, fostering collaboration both internally and with our clients, and operating with integrity in everything we do.

Interviewer: How do these values show up in your day-to-day work?

Olivia: Every day, it’s about making our agency partners feel empowered to focus on the things they haven’t been able to do before. By providing the right support, we give them the freedom to build their agency while knowing that their clients are in good hands. It’s all about creating a strong, collaborative environment where we work together to achieve great things.

Interviewer: What makes Teal’s team special?

Olivia: Our team is special because of the breadth of experience we bring. We have worked with both B2B and B2C clients, which means we’ve faced various challenges and learned a lot along the way. Our lived experience allows us to provide valuable consulting and streamlined services that help agencies deliver without the stress of managing the development side of things.

Interviewer: How does collaboration play a role in Teal’s success?

Olivia: Collaboration is key to everything we do. We work closely with our partner agencies to understand their needs and ensure that we’re all on the same page. By fostering open communication, we’re able to create a seamless experience for our partners and their clients. We also collaborate internally to continuously improve our processes and find new ways to deliver even better results.

Interviewer: Can you give an example of how integrity guides your work?

Olivia: Integrity means being honest and transparent in all of our dealings. Whether we’re working with a new partner or an existing one, we make sure that expectations are clear, and we follow through on our commitments. Our partners trust us to deliver on our promises, and we take that responsibility very seriously. If something isn’t working, we’re upfront about it, and we work together to find a solution.

Olivia: We encourage our team members to always be on the lookout for new tools, strategies, and approaches that can help us improve our services. We hold regular brainstorming sessions where everyone has a chance to share their ideas, and we make sure that innovation is rewarded. Our goal is to stay ahead of industry trends and provide our partners with the best possible solutions.
